Law - International - USA On December 16th, 2003, the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America enacted the "Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Maretking Act of 2003" legislation, which is more commonly referred to as the "CAN-Spam [Act of 2003]" throughout all levels of the international spam-fighting community. Although this act came with a great deal of controversy, we view it as an important to the arsenal of spam-fighters in the war against spam.
